The MarK9 mission is to develop effective canine search and rescue assets for the Arizona law enforcement and emergency services community and to remain ready to deliver those assists, in a timely manner, whenever called on. In addition we acknowledge an obligation to contribute to the advancement of the art and science of canine search and rescue and to promote an understanding of the use of canines in rescue work to both the public and the search and rescue community.
